TELEPHONE PROBLEMS
Since changing our telephone service to Full Fibre, having been told it would be reliable we have been experiencing lots of issues.
When calling us, many of our customers have had the reply that the number isn’t recognized. We believe that as the phone line is now digital when the Wifi signal drops out it is not possible to connect.
We are trying our best to get this problem resolved.
